Industrial Park

The Webster Area Development Corporation established an industrial park in the mid-1990s. The businesses situated here are unique in that many take advantage of each other's resources to manufacture their goods. This integrated concept has provided ancillary services that don't need to be outsourced across the country.

Our goal is to grow our regional economy through industrial expansion and entrepreneurship. Our prairie landscape features many available acres of land for new, large-scale factories for your relocation or expansion plans. Add to that, our recreational opportunities that allow us to attract a dedicated and highly-motivated skilled labor pool, and you have the elements of a winning location.
