City Council
Webster's government functions under the leadership of a mayor and six council members, who are elected to two-year terms to represent each of the three wards.
The city council's regular session begins at 6:30 PM on the first Monday of the month at 800 Main Street, Webster. Special meetings are posted 24 hours in advance.
The public is welcome to attend all meetings, and individuals or groups should call ahead for time on the agenda to address the council. Contact the city finance officer at (605) 345-3241.
