• Oversee all Budget and Payroll accounting and related record keeping
• Prepare all required state and federal reports
• Record proceedings of all City Council meetings
• Oversee City Elections
• Prepare and record all utility bills and receipts
• Supervise application and hearing notification process related to city zoning
• Assure all resolutions, ordinances and other legal notices are published according to state law
• Prepare all correspondence and memoranda for the city
